Yellowstone’s 6–8" long roots are deeper in color than most other yellow carrot varieties. Nice, vigorous tops will compete with weeds. Compared to Yellowbunch, it is earlier and shorter with a slightly blunter tip. Pairs well with Purple Star and White Satin. Nantes x Imperator type.
