Description
Hits all the tomato flavor notes: sugary and rich, with plenty of acid. Green when fully ripe with a psychedelic swirling interior. Productive yields of 8–12 oz. beefsteak-sized fruit that do not get oversized. Easier to harvest than some green tomatoes as the bottom of the fruit shows a nice pink blush when ripe. More uniform fruit size, shape, and color than Captain Lucky. Bred by Emily Rose Haga at Johnny’s in collaboration with NCSU. Indeterminate. USDA Certified Organic.Disease Resistance:Alternaria Stem Canker (High)Fusarium Wilt races 1 (High)Late Blight (High)Specs:Packet: 15 seedsAvg. 118,300 seeds/lb
