Rubybor

Strikingly beautiful color unmatched by other purple kales we have trialed. Plants are highly uniform. Dark blue-green leaves with a purple blush and bright purple petioles and ribs, even in summer! The highly curled, textured leaves make a handsome bunch. Compared to Redbor, plants are shorter and more compact, but since the leaves grow closer together the harvest is comparable.
