Polka

Originally from Poland, Polka is a primocane (everbearing) type that begins fruiting late-July to early August and will continue to fruit through the first frost. Its upright, vigorous plants are easy to grow. Berries are large, very firm, tasty, and abundant. Berries stay bright, pinkish-red, not darkening to deep red like other raspberry varieties. Polka’s fruit is ready to harvest when they slip easily from the plant. A versatile berry that stores well and is great for fresh eating, baking, as well as processing. Grows best in Zones 4–8. 1 Unit = 1 plant.
