Uniform yields of sweet, crispy, bitter-free cucumbers with small seed cavities. While excellent for fresh eating, Itachi is unique in that its firm flesh is also delicious for stir-frying. Avg. 9–11" long. Trellising produces straighter fruit. Performs well in the greenhouse and field. Parthenocarpic. NOTE: Exposure to direct sunlight may cause slight greening of the fruit.
