A popular class of peppers, cornitos are 1-1 1/2" wide at the shoulders and 5" long. They are exceptionally sweet and attractive smaller versions of Carmen and Escamillo, with similar maturity. Perfect for grilling and roasting, like their full-size counterparts. Grow and sell them individually, or as mixed colors, loose or in clamshells.
