Possibly the first of its kind, a striking bronze-red dry corn hybrid derived from a mix of heirloom flint and dent corn. Choices is the best of both worlds. Bred with love by Dr. Keith Williams and selected for both its superior agronomic qualities and its culinary excellence. This colorful and flavorful corn is great for flour, cornmeal, brewing, distilling, as well as ornamental uses. Vigorous, sturdy, 5-7′ plants have good emergence and produce 8-9" ears.
