Knitted 50% Shade Cloth C 20′ x 125′

Reduce soil temperatures, prevent bolting and bitterness of heat-sensitive crops like lettuce and spinach, and protect pepper and eggplant fruits from sun damage. UV-stabilized black polyethylene is naturally rot and mildew-resistant. This lockstitch knitted cloth is lightweight with improved ventilation and water permeation when compared to woven shade cloth, and can be cut without unraveling. Use 50% shade cloth in hot, southern areas and for shade-loving plants. Blocks 50% light transmission to crops. 20′ width is ideal for use on high tunnels. 5–7 year lifespan.
