Johnny’s 520 Broadfork
$229.00 Original price was: $229.00.$68.70Current price is: $68.70.
Description
Originally developed in France and made popular by Eliot Coleman. Broadforks break up soil compaction in established beds while minimizing weed-seed resurfacing and leaving beneficial organisms intact. Parabolic curved tines easily lift the soil and lightweight ash wood handles make our broadforks comfortable to use. The design makes aerating your vegetable and flower gardens seem almost effortless because you are using your body weight to insert and maneuver the tool instead of your back and arms. A great choice for minimal tillage operations. Five curved tines, approximately 10 1/2" long with 4" spacing in between, and 48" oiled ashwood handles. Assembled weight: 11 lbs. Overall width: 24". Made in Maine. Other sizes available to match your strength and comfort level.
