Yambu C Spring-Planted

Better flavor, brighter color, and higher yields than Honeoye, one of Yambu’s parents. Fruits are bright red, attractive, and glossy. An early midseason variety that has a similar ripening season to Honeoye. Yambu is better for fresh eating than Honeoye, which is better for processing. Yambu was released by Fresh Forward in the Netherlands and bred by Burt Meulenbroek. U.S. Plant Patent #28,048. Grows best in Zones 4–7. 1 Unit = 1 plant.
