All purple leaves with light-purple stems. Use as a colorful garnish on top of desserts or to add robust flavor and visual interest to summery cocktails. A critical ingredient in many Asian dishes, including those of Thailand, Laos, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Based on our yield trial, we recommend seeding 6 gm per tray at approx. 5 flats per oz of seed.
