Over several years, Johnny’s Breeding and Product Development Teams have collaborated on this carefully selected strain of pepperoncini pepper. Paisan has improved uniformity and seedling quality when compared to other commercially available strains. Fruits are thin-walled and mild to slightly spicy in pungency. Best harvested at 3–4" for pickling, sautéing, or stir-frying. The large vigorous plants should be staked for highest fruit quality.
