Caribou Russet

Developed by the University of Maine, Caribou Russet has the best classic baked potato flavor we’ve found. Also excellent for mashing. Moderate yields of very attractive, oval-to-oblong russeted tubers that store well. Shape is generally more elongated than Gold Rush.
