The earliest potato in our trials, Envol is at least 10 days earlier than Superior. Produces high yields of large, uniform, pristine, round-to-oval tubers with smooth, light buff skin and bright white flesh. Versatile in the kitchen, Envol’s waxy texture holds its shape when cooked. Great flavor, especially when used as new potatoes. Good storage potential. Certified Seed Potato.
