Tiren

Developed in Italy, Tiren produces meaty, 5–6 oz. fruits with the classic San Marzano shape. Tiren’s interior has very little gel, making it our fastest variety to boil down into sauce. Tiren can be harvested with green shoulders to ripen fully in storage, or can be left on the vine a little longer until it is red-ripe.
