Large to jumbo, pure white bulbs compare closely to White Castle but are slightly more flat in shape. High resistance to bolting, with great yield potential and a high occurrence of single centers. To maintain white color, cure in the field as briefly as possible or cure in a dark, warm, and dry area. Mild to moderate pungency. Not for long storage.
